642-145: Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Computers,Education The certification that would allow you to become a part of Cisco and it is one of the best companies in the field of networking. The 642-145 is the examination for the course of IIUC2 Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications. This is the second part of the examination which is associated with the certification of CCNA Voice Associate. This is a high level exam and the student would have to present the skills of being CUC manager express and unity express and in accordance of support for SIP and SCCP endpoints, PSTN calling, unified call connector and mobility.
There are other tasks also covered and performed such as monitoring and maintenance tasks. The configuration of unified messaging gateway is performed and also the later troubleshooting and repairing is included. You can also apply for this examination. The examination would be of 75 minutes and in that you would have to provide answers for 55-65 questions.
People always feel that 642-145 exams are difficult and one cannot clear it. It is true, but only partly. The exams are a little difficult but with proper preparation it is easy to clear the exam. The recommended training from Cisco is Implementing Cisco IOS Unified Communications Part 2 (IIUC2) 1.0 and IPTX training would not be required.
